• 12 months experience in working in an office setting
• 12 months experience in working in a client orientated multi-racial environment
• 1-2 years experience operating computer systems and word processing software
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Able to prioritise own workload
• Able to prepare good quality written documents
• Able to set up office systems and implement procedures
• Able to take accurate messages with attention to detail
• Able to resolve customer queries by maintaining good liaison with colleagues
